heater pipe to lower intake o-ring and hardware. 

This is the hardware that holds the heater pipe to the under side of the intake manifold. Your bolts are in rough shape since they are in an area with coolant. genuine toyota double washer hardware and an o-ring that is the proper size to seal this pipe to the intake. You don’t want a coolant leak here once the engine is assembled.
