Most vehicle manufacturers have moved to torque to yield (TTY) head bolts. It allows more compact cylinder head / engine design since a TTY bolt can be smaller and still have the same clamping force as a regular, larger sized bolt. The one drawback of this that it needs to be replaced any time it is removed or loosened. This isn't "optional" when doing a head gasket or rebuild, if you ignore them, you'll have problems. We've tested the lower priced aftermarket versions and were not confident in them. Again, this is another part we don't recommend skimping on.
You can re-use your head bolt washers if yours are still OK, otherwise pick the w/washer option above if you need them.
