Throttle body / IAC coolant by-pass hoses (OE)

These are the most neglected cooling hoses on your truck. They carry the coolant to the throttle body and to the idle air control valve under your intake. Since they are “out of sight, out of mind” they generally get ignored. Age and mileage make the hoses swollen, spongy and worn. Don’t ignore them, it’s part of your cooling system. 

NEVER use worm-drive/screw clamps on these. The small diameter of the hose makes it nearly impossible to get a screw type clamp to hold them correctly and they also will cut into the rubber. 

Re-use your spring clamps or order them with the hose kit.
