speedo drive gear
This is the part that install in your transmission that spins your speedo cable. If your speedo is inop and you’ve already spun your cable to verify that is it is moving your physical speedometer, this is probably your issue. The teeth are made of plastic/nylon and do have a tendency to wear or strip the teeth. Epecially so if you’ve had a binding or seized speedo cable (it puts a ton of stress ont eh drive gear).
There are quite a few variations and most are still available, so I’ll need your VIN# and model number of the truck (the RNXXX than can be found on your vin plate under the hood or on the sticker on the drivers door frame for you 1989-1995 guys).
Includes drive gear, circlip and o-ring.
**some 1992-1995 trucks / 4runners went to a electronic speed sensor and don’t use a cable. If that is the type you have, let me know and I’ll see if your variation is avaiable.
