bronze race valve guides & valve stem seals

Jim’s newest design! During flow bench testing, Jim wasn’t happy with the intake guide hanging so far into the port causing turbulence and flow issues (see the difference in the exposed length in the third pic). Overall guide length hasn’t changed, it’s just been moved upwards more out of the path of the critical flow area into the intake port.

We use these bronze guides in our race heads when we know there will be a lot of heat. Due to the other materials mixed with the bronze, they are "self lubricating" and will stand up to track punishment. 

Extensive machining is necessary when installing this kit. Make sure your machine shop is ready
