We chose this brand over the OEM due to the quality of the casting and quality of the bearing. Never mess with an off-the-shelf cheapo parts chain version, get the right one. Highest quality, Japanese made, NEW water pump and we include a new factory Toyota gasket instead of that cheap, low quality crepe-paper one that always leaks.

Always recommended with any engine installation.
