I’ve seen the aftermarket stuff. They should be ashamed selling that junk.

Your whole drivetrain only mounts in 3 spots (2 motor mounts and this transmission mount), and they take quite a beating. Your drivetrain is constantly moving around. Every time you rev the engine or shift your transmission, the mounts have to take up that shock. Yours is worn out, it has taken even more punishment if you’ve ever had an oil leak (engine or trans), oil leaks have softened the rubber and prematurely worn if out.
