These are the clips used where the clutch and brake rigid lines meets the rubber lines and clip them onto the stay brackets. They are meant to hold the hoses into place and keep them from rattling and rubbing on parts that they aren't supposed to. Kinda of important stuff when it comes to keeping them...... ya' know......clipped.
